The Homoeopathic OPD of Matribhavan was inaugurated
The Homoeopathic Out Patient Department of Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matribhavan was inaugurated on 14th March with a special function. For the present the Homoeo. OPD will be opened only on 4 days a week. (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) from 2 to 4 p.m.

A spiritual retreat was held on 20th March at the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission New Delhi on the occasion of Sri Ramakrishna’s birthday. The programme started at 10 a.m. with Vedic chanting followed by the Welcome Address by Pravrajika Prabhaprana, Secretary of the Centre. Pravrajika Ajayapranaji, President of Thrissur Math spoke on bringing into daily life the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. Pravrajika Chetanaprana, Secretary of Trivandrum centre addressed the audience of about 210 on the practice of Karma Yoga. Other speakers: Pravrajika Anantaprana, Assistant Secretary of the centre, Sm. Anita Manchanda and Sm. Indu Ramchandani.
In connection with Sister Nivedita’s 150th birth anniversary, a special programme was organized at JNU, New Delhi
In connection with the forthcoming celebrations of Sister Nivedita’s 150th birth anniversary (1867 – 2017), a special programme was organized at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi on 22nd March from 4.30 to 7 p.m. Pravrajika Ajayapranaji, the Chief Guest spoke on the Life and Mission of Sister Nivedita followed by a PowerPoint presentation on the contribution of Sister Nivedita by Pravrajika Divyanandaprana. The programme ended with a Bharatnatyam dance performance by renowned artists. About 200 attended the programme.

Pravrajika Prabuddhaprana was invited to Singapore and Myanmar from 19th to 30th March, 2016 to give talks at different places. On the 19th evening she gave an illustrated talk on ‘Western Women and Swamiji’ at the Ramakrishna Mission, Singapore. On 21st March she spoke in the evening at the Ramakrishna Society in Yangon on ‘The Relevance to us of Sri Sarada Devi’. More than 110 enthusiastic devotees attended the lecture, arati and bhajans at the site of the former Ramakrishna Mission building. On 26th March evening, a satsang was arranged at a devotee’s home in Singapore when she spoke on ‘Doubt as a Formidable Obstacle to Spiritual Practice’. On the 27th at an all day Easter Sunday retreat at the Sarada Hall of the Ramakrishna Mission, Singapore, Prabuddhaprana again spoke on ‘Obstacles to Spiritual Practice’. The lecture was attended by about 200 devotees, including 50 from Kuala Lumpur.
